Friday Fairytale: The 10 Towers
today's Friday Fairytale is another micro story, one told in 50 words or less. Some might think this is an easy thing to write, but it isn't. You need to set scene, tell a tale, and then have some sort of meaning behind the words. I think this one works.

The 10 Towers
On a world far away, which spun around a blue star, stood 10 towers. Their inhabitants would watch the sun rise, knowing if it ever rose between the 7th and 8th towers, all was lost. One day it did, they said prayers, and then all was lost.
