Well, this has been a pretty good weekend for President Obama. As we awoke this morning we found out that Osama Bin Laden has finally been caught and killed, it was under this administration rather than the previous one that it had been achieved. Thankfully, I can't imagine Obama lauding this up on a aircraft carrier with a "Mission Accomplished" banner behind as his predecessor did.

And on then on Saturday night, at the White House Correspondent's Dinner, Obama got a chance for a public response to the "birther" issue that Donald Trump had been haranguing him about over recent weeks. As a result, despite this issue being around for the last couple of years, President Obama released the long form certificate which showed that he was born in the US, and thus eligible to be President. I think I tweeted about this last week as I think it is ridiculous he had to bend to someone else's will on this matter. Trump took great pleasure in this move, taking the credit for forcing the Obama's hand. Personally, I have nothing against Donald Trump until recently, except maybe to question his very odd helmet of hair.

I love seeing Trump's stone faced reaction, unable to have a laugh at his own ridiculousness. Also enjoyed Obama's pop culture references on Roswell, and also Tupac and Biggie! Brilliant.
